At the Council Meeting this morning, Mayor Swearengin and City Council members declared today, February 4, 2010, to be John Alkire Day in honor of The Big Fresno Fair’s CEO! A special presentation was made by Council President, Larry Westerlund; District 5 Councilmember Mike Dages; and City Manager Bruce Rudd.
