Junior Exhibits Building

The Junior Exhibits Building boasts a spacious and light interior with a great front entrance lobby and restrooms on either side. Upon entering, there is an enclosed office that is located to the left and a new, state-of-the-art kitchen is located on the far back, left side. The possibilities with this building are endless. The building also has heaters and evaporative coolers.

NOTE: Fresno Fairgrounds may charge 10% of gross sales for public events if greater than daily charge.
* An additional $125 added to rental fee for use of the kitchen.
** Deposit will go towards rental total.
*** Cleaning / Security Deposit is refundable only if the facility is left clean and there is no damage.
