“Pint for a Pass” Blood Drive

Every person who donates a pint of blood at any Central California Blood Center or mobile unit from August 25th to September 8th will receive a “buy one, get one free” voucher for admission to the 2010 Big Fresno Fair. So come out and give one of the most valuable gifts…blood, and also save a little cash on your visit to the Fair! This promotion is in partnership with Central California Blood Center.
Season Pass
Back by popular demand, purchase a season pass for only $25 and visit the Fair every day if you want! Patrons must purchase the pass before by October 5th. Photo ID is required for use.
Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristband
Save BIG when you purchase early! Now through October 5th, Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristbands are only $20. That’s a $10 discount off the regular Fair-time price!
Group Pack
Save on admission with the Group Pack, and treat your employees and clients to a day of fun at the 2010 Big Fresno Fair! The Group Pack includes 20 adult admission tickets for $160 ($8 each) good for any day at The Big Fresno Fair. That’s a 20% savings! Groups Packs are available now through October 5th.
Save Mart Supermarkets & FoodMaxx Pre-Sale
Save BIG when you purchase early at participating Save Mart Supermarkets or FoodMaxx stores! From September 8th through October 5th, purchase your Fair admission tickets and Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristbands at Save Mart Supermarkets or FoodMaxx for a discounted price. Adult Admission is $8 (normally $10) and Kids, Seniors & Military are $5 (normally $7). You can also pick up an Unlimited Carnival Ride Wristband for only $20 – a $10 discount off the regular Fair-time price!

Eye-Q Seniors' Day presented by Humana
Seniors 62 and BETTER are able to enjoy the Fair for free on Eye-Q Seniors' Day presented by Humana! Don't miss the special Seniors’ Lifestyle Expo from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pavilion featuring local organizations providing materials for public education on services geared toward the senior citizen community, including healthcare, wellness and financial support. And don't miss the special Eye-Q Seniors' Day presented by Humana contests and Red Hatter activities for fun! Remember gates open early at 9 a.m. Wednesday, October 6th Special Interest Day Admission is FREE to persons with disabilities. One chaperone is admitted for free with each person that requires assistance. Remember gates open early at 9 a.m.

Admission into the Fair is FREE for kids 12 and under with paid adult admission. Children 5 and under are always free.

In honor of 10-10-10 happening during the 2010 Big Fresno Fair (October 10, 2010), The Big Fresno Fair will be providing two special opportunities to Fair patrons.

Bring a receipt from any Save Mart Supermarkets or FoodMaxx location to get $2 admission. Or join The Big Fair Fan Club at www.FresnoFair.com and receive a printable coupon via email for the same great deal! One coupon or receipt required for each ticket purchased. Feed the Need Community Food Drive
Help Feed Our Community…And Help Yourself to Free Fair Admission! Bring 4 or more canned food items per person between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. and receive FREE admission into the Fair. Food will be donated to the Community Food Bank and The Salvation Army, who work continually to feed those individuals and families in need within our Fresno County community.

Oktoberfest – Thursday, October 7th
Participate in the first-ever Big Fresno Fair Oktoberfest celebration beginning at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 7th in the Save Mart Wine Garden. Authentic German food, beer and traditional German music, dance and games will be part of this celebration! Also, the Fair will welcome a delegation from Fresno’s sister city in Münster, Germany. Fresno State Day – Wednesday, October 13th
In honor of California State University, Fresno’s Centennial Celebration, the Fair will be holding a special Fresno State Day on Wednesday, October 13th. This day will feature all things Fresno State! Time Out, cheerleaders and the band will be at the Fair, as well as a variety of Fresno State alumni featured as speakers in our various exhibit buildings. Check back closer to Fair for a complete list. For those horse racing enthusiasts, there will be a special Fresno State Centennial horse race. Also, you will be able to see which competitive exhibitors are Fresno State alumni because their entries will feature a bulldog paw print.
