Meet Devynn Smith, a Clovis FFA student who is a sophomore at Clovis East High School.
Devynn got involved with FFA because her grandfather, mother, and older sister were all heavily involved. Seeing them work with their animals and dedicate their time inspired her to show an animal to demonstrate her hard work and dedication.
Devynn has two projects: Teddy, a market wether, and Dolly, a breeding doe. At the Clovis farm, she is able to keep and manage a breeding project. She purchased her doe, Dolly, in January, and Dolly kidded in March. She had two kids: a buckling, which is her market animal Teddy, and a little doe named Priscilla.
